Step 3: link them to the account at Rewiring America and tell them they can find rebates and incentives to go electric. In many instances their failing fossil fuel equipment is not at the end of its product life but showing signs it’s near the end. Rewiring America is an NGO. Energy.gov/save is a government website that also has some information, for now.
